Refund policy

We want you to love your LuxeLariat jewellery. If you're not completely happy, we're here to help. Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, pierced/worn body jewellery cannot be returned. To return: Email luxelariat1@gmail.com with your order number. We'll provide a return address. Return postage is the customer's responsibility. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Faulty or damaged items: Contact us within 48 hours with photos for a free replacement or full refund.
